Ingredients:
- 600 g lamb (shoulder), cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons argan oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix together argan oil, spices, garlic, and lemon juice. Marinate for 1–3 hours.
2. Thread the lamb onto skewers.
3. Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning until cooked to your liking.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
