Essaouira Fish Tagine 🍋🐟
Marine flavors and local spices for a quick and fragrant tagine.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 600 g of fresh white fish
- 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 preserved lemon
- 2 tbsp of olive oil, coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper
Preparation in 3 steps:
1) Sauté the onion and spices in the oil.
2) Add tomatoes and preserved lemon, simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Place the fish on top, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander.
