Couscous Workshop

During this workshop, you will learn the secrets of traditional couscous preparation, from steaming the semolina to creating a flavorful broth infused with aromatic spices. Depending on your preference, you can prepare different variations: couscous with chicken and seasonal vegetables, couscous with tender slow-cooked meat, or a delicious vegetarian version rich in fresh vegetables. This workshop will teach you authentic techniques and family traditions passed down through generations to create a generous and flavorful couscous.

My name is Khadija. I am passionate about Moroccan cuisine, and I invite you to discover Moroccan flavours, traditions and the Moroccan way of life in a friendly atmosphere.
In Essaouira or in the countryside, you will learn how to prepare traditional recipes: tagines, couscous, pastilla, Moroccan salads and Berber bread.
Much more than a workshop, this experience is a unique human and cultural immersion, ideal for travellers seeking authenticity and culinary discoveries.
Cancellation policy
As each experience is specially prepared for participants (purchase of fresh products, organization, preparation of the venue), the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: full refund.
- Between 7 days and 72 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.
- In case of no-show, the full amount of the service remains due.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing.
